30-day money back guarantee policy

According to our Payment policy, when you approve the Shopify charge, we will not offer an unconditional refund. 


However, since Dec 16, 2022, we provide you with a money-back guarantee program. Within 30 days after your trial has ended, if you are not happy with Govalos, we will be happy to refund the whole subscription fee. The one-time refund should be made within the following conditions:


  1. The refund request was made within 30 days of the first successful charge after the trial ends.
  2. The app charge has been unsubscribed. If we find that the Govalos app is still active when receiving a refund request, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.


Please keep in mind that refunds applied to Shopify App Store purchases documented on your subscription bill. Please check this reference Shopify post for more details.
