What will happen with my data when I upgrade, or downgrade my plan?

Please read this article to know what will happen with your data and features when you change your plan.


I. UPGRADE


If you are going to upgrade to a higher plan, you will need to approve the charge, and all data will remain the same, and you can also experience the better features of Govalos.

Please refer to our existing pricing plans here.


II. DOWNGRADE


There will have some limitations as below when you downgrade from Premium to the Growth plan


- Reduce the number of gift card products to 1 only.


- Not able to customize gift card product, cannot send branded gift card directly to recipient


- Not able to Customize gift card asset on storefront


- Not able to resend active gift card anymore


- Lose priority access to Technical Support.


- Do not have a dedicated Customer Success Manager anymore.
