How will I be charged if I do upgrade/downgrade plans?

With your concern, when you upgrade or downgrade your subscription with our app, the charge is prorated based on the difference in price and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle according to Shopify rules.


For example:


  1. You begin a 30-day billing cycle on a Growth plan, then upgrade to a Premium plan, which is a $49 plan on day 15 of the billing cycle. Thus, you'd be charged ($49 - $0) * (15/30) = $24.5 


  1. When you downgrade your plan, you're automatically offered an application credit based on the difference in price and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle. This application credit can be used towards any future application purchase on Shopify.
