404 issue - Gift card is not showing on my store

If you’re encountering a 404 error or noticing that your gift card is not appearing on your store, this issue is most commonly related to a synchronization problem with Shopify.


Based on our testing and reports from affected customers, we’ve identified that the issue can occur when a gift card product is created through our app but does not sync correctly with Shopify due to an internal Shopify system error. When this happens, the gift card product may exist in the app but is not properly published or accessible in your store, resulting in a 404 error.


To resolve this issue, we recommend the following steps:


First, remove the problematic gift card product from our in-app user interface. Once it has been removed, create a new gift card product using the app and allow it to sync again with Shopify. In most cases, this process resolves the issue and the gift card will display correctly on your store.
