Gift cards are considered a form of currency on Shopify. For security reasons, the full gift card code is visible only to the end customer. From the merchant side, Shopify only displays the last four characters of each gift card in the admin.
This is a Shopify platform restriction, and GV is required to fully comply with Shopify’s rules and security policies. As a result, we are unable to display the full gift card code or provide self-service export functionality for merchants.

Based on Shopify’s security requirements and the sensitive nature of gift card data, GV does not currently support a feature that allows merchants to directly view or export full gift card codes. If you require access to gift card codes in the future, please contact our support team, and we will assist you on a case-by-case basis in a secure manner.
If you or your customer need to retrieve the full gift card code, the recipient can access it directly from the gift card email they received or by contacting store support for assistance with resending the email.
