Adding a Gift Card to your navigation

By adding the gift card to store navigation, your customers will see it more quickly, and in turn, are more likely to buy one. 

Follow the below steps to achieve this mission. 

Step 1: Ensure you have your gift card product created, for more information on how to do so click here.

Step 2: Once it has been created, go to "Navigation" within the "Online Store" drop-down in your Shopify admin:

Step 3: Click on either "Main menu" or "Footer menu". Highly recommend putting gift cards on your top page so that visitors can find them easily.

Step 4: Next, click "Add menu item"

Step 5: Put your desired name (like "Gift cards" or "Gifting") in the name field

Step 6: Once you have entered a name for the menu item, click on "Product" in the Link field

Step 7: Choose your desired gift card product

Step 8: Click the "Add" button at the bottom of the "Add menu item" slide-out drawer

Step 9: You will now see the gift card reflected in your navigation. Mission Completed! You have added a Gift card to your navigation, and your store is ready to go with sales from the gift card.
