Once a gift card code has been sent to a recipient, it cannot be deleted. This restriction helps maintain accurate records and ensures proper tracking of all issued gift cards.
However, if you need to prevent the gift card from being used, you can disable the gift card code at any time. Disabling a gift card will immediately make it unusable while keeping the transaction history intact for reference and auditing purposes.
