How to disable a gift card code from Govalos

You can disable gift cards issued directly from our app - please refer to the steps below for them.

Step 1: in the Govalos app, go to the Gift Codes

Step 2: scroll down and locate the gift card code you wish to disable in the list.

Step 3: click on the dropdown list and choose Disable to make it work:

Step 4: click Disable, and everything will be done automatically.
