Currently, gift card codes generated by the system cannot be personalized. Each gift card code is automatically created at the time the gift card is issued and follows a random 16-character format. This method ensures that every code is unique, secure, and protected against unauthorized use.
The automatic generation of gift card codes also helps maintain consistency and reliability across all transactions, reducing the risk of duplication or misuse.
While customization of gift card codes is not supported at this time, we understand that this feature may be valuable for certain businesses.
