If you are unable to see the gift code sent to the recipient’s email, or if customers are not being prompted to enter the recipient’s email address, personal message, or scheduled delivery date when purchasing a gift card product, this issue is typically related to the app embed not being enabled correctly in your theme.
In most cases, this happens when the App Embed for our app has not been turned on in the Shopify Theme Editor. Without enabling this setting, essential gift card fields and functionality will not appear on the storefront or during checkout.
How to Resolve the Issue
To fix this problem, please ensure that the app embed is enabled by following the steps outlined in the guide below:
Enable the Theme App Extension:

Once the app embed is enabled, refresh your store and test the gift card product again. In most cases, this will immediately restore the missing fields and ensure gift codes are sent correctly to recipients.
