Basically, this issue was caused by not turning on our App Embeds on Theme Editor properly.
Please follow steps mentioned in this article to enable it first:
If the issue still persists, please kindly give us access to your store by creating a Staff account following the below steps:
- Go to Shopify admin >> Settings >> Users and Permission >> Add Staff account
- Enter the first name (Govalos), the last name (Support), and an email address (support@govalos.com) for the new staff member, then send the invitation to us for further checking.
