Cannot see the gift code sent to email, or not ask for the recipient email, message or schedule delivery info when buying gift card product

Basically, this issue was caused by not turning on our App Embeds on Theme Editor properly.


Please follow steps mentioned in this article to enable it first:

If the issue still persists, please kindly give us access to your store by creating a Staff account following the below steps:


  1. Go to Shopify admin >> Settings >> Users and Permission >> Add Staff account
  2. Enter the first name (Govalos), the last name (Support), and an email address (support@govalos.com) for the new staff member, then send the invitation to us for further checking.
